Amesa Interiors was engaged to refresh soft furnishings across key public zones at Holiday Inn Express Melbourne, with a focus on fabric replacement and precise alignment to IHG’s corporate brand palette. The brief required a seamless upgrade that would enhance guest experience while preserving the integrity of the hotel’s established design language.

Working in close consultation with hotel management and brand custodians, we sourced and installed upholstery fabrics that matched IHG’s signature colourways—balancing durability, comfort, and visual consistency. The selection process prioritized commercial-grade textiles with high rub counts, stain resistance, and low environmental impact, ensuring longevity without compromising aesthetics.

Installation was staged to minimize disruption to guests and operations, with our logistics team coordinating off-peak scheduling and rapid turnaround. From lobby seating to breakfast bar banquettes, each element was reupholstered to reflect the brand’s clean, contemporary ethos while subtly elevating the tactile experience.
